MSISDN means Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number, also we called E164I numbering standard. This is the subcriber numbering stands which is commanly used.

MSISDN = CC + NC + SN

CC – country code (Eg. 94 – Sri Lanka)

NC – Network Code (Eg. 72 – Etisalat)

SN – subcriber number

MSISDN is the mobile station ISDN number.MSISDN number is in the public telephone network switching network numbering plan, the only way to identify the number of mobile users.

If a developer is using MSISDN (for WAP Push) addressing, but if the handset is not WAP 1.2.1 compliant, how does the message get to the user?
