Our monitored systems give you the option to notify your mobile phone, your nominated keyholders, or our keyholder Response Service of activations and faults. If your alarm activates, it sends a signal to the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) who then determine the reason for the activation and take the appropriate action. If your Smoke or Heat detector have activated, the ARC will telephone the premises and check if its a genuine alarm. If there is no reply or if you confirm a fire, the Fire Brigade will be immediately notified and dispatched. If a Panic or Intruder signal causes an activation, you and/or your nominated keyholders would be notified.
