What is a moment generating function and describe the senior moments?
A “moment generating function” is a type of probability distribution function vaguely related to Poisson distribution. It may be possible to explain what this all means in layman’s terms but I’d like to see it done. However it is described, senior moments (cf Blonde Moments or Ethel Skinner Moments) are not mathematical terms but merely point toward a respected member of the AFT community.
