In addition, the moisture soaps are ‘super-fatted,’ which means that extra oil is added just before the soap is poured into the molds. The moisture soaps are typically super-fatted with castor oil, which is mixed with a small amount of bentonite or kaolin clay to add a smooth, silky feel to the soap.
