What is a Moffatt Anyway?
OK, The Moffatts may seem like the name of something to come out of a Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, but the true origin of the name is Scottish. In fact, when The Moffatts were in Scotland, they visited the town of Moffatt and got in touch with their roots. Ironically though, when they asked a native Scotsman if there was anything around the area, he told the brothers, “Anytime you come to Moffatt, just keep driving,” Clint told us. Ouch! Move It! Being on the move runs in the lifeblood of the brothers. In fact, they were even born in different cities and different provinces! The triplets were born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, but Scott was born in Whitehorse in the Yukon, also in Canada. Talk about a clan on the move! They’ve lived everywhere from the arctic North to lively Las Vegas to the comparative quiet of Branson, Missouri.
