A moderator is someone who looks over the threads that are in the forum and make sure that all the threads dont break any forum rules. If a thread does break a forum rule then the moderator can close or delete that thread. A picture moderator is someone who looks are your pictures and makes sure that they follow the picture rules before they show up on your profile. The moderators are also listed under the forums they are a moderator for.
