What is a microdermal piercing?
Microdermal piercings are different that most standard body piercings in that they’re implanted under the surface of the skin. The base of the jewelry sits beneath the skin and a flat or jeweled top sits above it. Microdermal piercings can be placed almost anywhere on the body, are easy to care for, and heal within 2 months.
