A Michicard sticker is a sticker that affixes to your Eagle One Card. A Michicard is a statewide library card. For a list of participating libraries go to visit this site. Michicard registration cards and sticker are available from the regional sites or can be mailed to you upon request from Judy Block at jblock@emich.edu.
