What is a “metadenominational” minister?

The prefix “meta,” from the Greek, means “beyond.” I’ve never been entirely satisfied calling myself a “nondenominational” minister – the term sounds vague and a bit indecisive to me. Since my beliefs about spirit and soul transcend any particular dogma or religious sect, and since I am comfortable with a wide array of rituals from many religions and wisdom traditions, the word “metadenominational” – beyond denomination – seems to fit better.
