While you prepare to teach VMware courses, you will be teamed with a VMware Certified Instructor (VCI) who is a VMware employee. The VCI will act as your mentor during their non-teaching time. Your Mentor VCI will answer questions and help you prepare for teaching VMware courses. VMware instructors assist with preparation for the VCP and will review progress through screenshots of labs as described above. It is intended that a maximum of 8 hours will be devoted to a school preparing to teach.
