A Memorandum of Insurance (“MOI”) provides information about a company’s insurance program, including policy numbers, coverage limits, and the insurance carriers providing such coverage. It is an acceptable means of providing evidence of a company’s current insurance coverage information. The MOI is prepared by Wells Fargo Insurance Services and the information it contains is subject to the terms and conditions on the MOI.
