Upon approval for Membership, a potential Member must pay a Membership contribution to acquire Membership in the Club privileges. The amount of the Membership contribution will be determined from time to time by the Company and will be set forth in the Membership Purchase Agreement. Upon approval for Membership and payment of required Membership contribution, new Members receive a Membership certificate confirming their ownership interest in the Club.
