What is a LPEG?

0

LPEG stands for Low Powered Electric Gun and covers a number of types of guns. The first type is Minielectrics. These AA battery powered guns are replicas of full sized rifles shrunk down to pistol size. They shoot fully automatic only. Second are Electric Pistols, which are 1:1 replicas of pistols powered by AAA batteries and often have a weak blowback action. Finally, there are Fullsize LPEGs which are 1:1 scale models of real rifles (much like AEGs but with much less power) that run on either AA or rechargeable batteries. Fullsize LPEGs can shoot in semi-automatic or full-automatic modes.
