What is a LOG and why would I keep one?
A LOG is a notebook in which you will keep a record of your work on the computer for this class. Write the date, then note what you did. This can include e-mail received and sent and to whom, web pages found that you want to remember for the future, names of files created and what folders you saved them to, problems encountered and what needs to be done to solve them, e-mail addresses you might want to contact, flow charts to map ideas for web pages, ideas for presentations, sketches for graphics, ideas for poems or songs or stories, new words you see or hear, feelings about what you are working on. All that and more – it’s up to you. Only LOGS with meaningful content are eligible for bonus points. 3.
