What is a Local Payment, why did All Territories introduce local payments and what is used for?
Most of our adventure tours involve a Local Payment that is paid to the Leader/Representative in cash on day 1 of every tour. This Local Payment is put towards included local expenses, such as paying hotels as well as entrances, guide fees and transportation. Local Payments also reduce the need to wire or transfer funds that it is expensive in many countries – so by making a Local Payment you help us keep your costs low. The local payment is in addition to, and is not included in, the base tour price.
