What is a local enabler?
Local enablers should be community-based organizations that serve and are trusted by the target groups. They should have connections with other local institutions and services that could benefit populations eligible for the CLB and CESG, as well as have experience or the capacity to help individuals with low levels of financial literacy to access the financial services required to open a bank account and put money into an RESP.
