To get a copy of the LOA, Log in to your account, click Support and then choose the LOA link with the desired document format.

This document is the official record that your current provider requires to allow the number to be transferred. You can now complete the Letter of Authorization electronically. Login to your Lingo account at Lingo.com, click Support in the left menu and then Electronic Letter of Authorization. A link to the electronic form is also provided at the end of the Lingo broadband phone order process and in your confirmation e-mails.
