What is a Likert scale and does Hosted Survey™ support this technique?
The Likert scale is rating scale used to measure the strength of agreement with a clear statement. Frequently used in surveys, the questionnaire presents a set of attitude statements, and respondents are asked to express agreement or disagreement with each statement on a scale. Each degree of agreement is given a numerical value (for instance, from one to five), so a total value can be calculated from all the responses, and other statistics can be computed.
