What is a Level II application?
A. The Level II application is a check sheet that assists students with the timely completion of their program. SOE students (undergraduate and graduate) must meet with their education advisor, complete application together, signing and submitting all documentation before registering for level II (300-level) education courses. The Level II packet consists of: an application; Professional Behaviors Policy; Felony Conviction Information Form; DHS (Department of Human Services) -Request for Central Registry Clearance; Felony Conviction Information Form; and Release of Information Form.
