What is a LETSystem Registry?
A LETSystem Registry is where you register when you want to start LETS trading. The Registry then co-ordinates the recording of your transactions and the sending out of your statements. LETSystems and other similar networks can also be registered, enabling one Registry to support several different systems. This makes systems easy to set up. As soon as a system is registered, individuals can open their accounts in it and trading can begin. LETSystem Registries are community-based, not-for-profit enterprises. They are responsible directly to the individual account-holders registered with them.
