What is a Legal Video Depositions?
A legal video deposition is one where the videographer is trained to record a video of the deposition in the same manner that a juror would be given testimonial evidence. The video record is admissible in a court of law to demonstrate the witness demeanor, body posture and facial expressions as well as vocal tone during the deposition. In most cases it is a more accurate representation of the witness before opposing console spends hours grooming and preparing them for testimony.
