• A LANE (Local Area Networks of Excellence) is a statewide coalition of nursing home stakeholders that provide peer-support, information, best practices, and technical assistance to Campaign participants in their state. • LANEs are composed of the key statewide stakeholders in nursing home care, including QIO’s, State Survey Agencies, Ombudsmen, nursing home provider associations, consumers, and others.
