The plastic coating process protects the image and adds a glossy finish to the print. Some of our images have a special gloss coating we do not laminate over these images. The UV coated laminated version of Spaceshots’ maps has a double-sided .003 mil lamination on the front and on the back of the map, along with a .20″ edge seal. Lamination Help Page.
