Yep, you do the vows and all the talking stuff just like usual. The only difference depends on if you do a city hall wedding, or if your selected JOP will do “off-site”. City hall saves you the decorating and seating issues of a “standard” wedding, then you just have the reception/non-reception decision to make and plan for accordingly. If they’ll do off-site, then it’s pretty much business-as-usual.
