What is a Job Site Leader?
Job Site Leaders are student participants with a very important role. They are in charge of a group of up to 10 students. Sharing information about safety, job site locations, expectations, and schedules among thousands of students is a huge task! Job Site Leaders sign up their group and attend one of the Mandatory Meetings. Then they share the information they learned with their group. It’s a whole lot easier to have meetings for 400 people than for 4.000!
