What is a job profile?
Instead of free form job descriptions, you will create job profiles to best describe the qualifications and requirements of your open positions. The job profile includes the same information as a candidate profile such as position, location, skills, and experience. Since both you and candidates use our profiling system, this allows our system to accurately match you to the best candidates for your positions. No more filtering through endless stacks of resumes- only the candidates who meet your criteria are matched to your jobs.
A Job Profile is a brief description of the Job Title you are applying for. It includes your name, resume, certifications, credentials, industry you work in, educational level, and experience. You can make your Job Profile private, meaning that your name, contact information, and resume are hidden from employers. Or, you can make your Job Profile public, meaning that your name and resume is visible to employers. You can select in your Job Profile whether you would like your Job Profile to be active, meaning searchable by employers, and can be used by you to apply for a job. Or, you may make your Job Profile Inactive, meaning that your information cannot be accessed by an employer.
