What is a Job Evaluation Questionnaire?
The Questionnaire is a document that captures a level of detail about your job that is not always visible in a job description and is necessary for the job evaluation process. All staff in the bargaining unit will be completing this Questionnaire. The Questionnaire is not a performance review. The goal is to record what you do in your job, not to assess how well you do it.
