What is a IP Phone Adaptor?
The IP Phone Adaptor is a device made by Viper Networks that plugs into a computers USB port on one side, and any standard telephone on the other. It allows a person to make telephone calls over Vipers VoIP global network at what is typically substantially less cost than traditional long distance service or other calling methods. The IP Phone Adaptor can call other Viper users for free (If both users have at least $10 in their accounts) as well as any phone number in the world including cell phones. The IP Phone Adaptor works in conjunction with the vPhone Dialer software. An IP Phone Adaptor can be purchased at retail stores, or from an authorized “re-seller” of Viper Networks.
