If a caller hangs up before leaving you a message you will receive a HulloMail missed call notification. This is a changeable option, which you can switch on or off depending on your preference. To turn missed call notifications on or off you need to visit the Settings menu in your app, or My HulloMail, select Voicemail and where it states Missed Calls, simply untick the box.
