What is a home network?
A home network consists of two or more computers connected together through your telephone line. Home networking software lets you share drives, printers, and a single Internet connection among the networked computers. One computer is designated as the server . The server is connected to your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Software is installed on the server and the other computers, called clients , to let them communicate with each other and share the Internet connection.
