What is a Heart2Heart Infant Insert?
The Heart2Heart Infant Insert is an accessory which swaddles your baby from the age of birth until they are old enough to spread their legs around your body and be carried in the normal Ergo position (around 4-6 months old). The infant insert helps hold your baby in a comfortable position for you both while baby still needs head/neck support and more of a swaddle. It is basically a shaped, thickly padded peice of quilted cotton, which is used to support your child’s head and neck, and to give your baby’s body some added girth and rigidity for being carried in the Ergo. There is also a removable pillow in the bottom which raises your little infants bottom a bit, to leave room for their legs to sit astride the pillow in a comfy position which doesn’t put strain on them.
