What Is a Healthy High Calorie Diet?

And there is such thing as a very healthy, high calorie diet, it would be a diet that is high in healthy fats, healthy protein and healthy carbohydrates and contains them in a sort of balance, versus a diet that’s high in fast food, and processed foods, and sugar. So if you need to be on a high calorie diet for some reason because you need to gain weight, or you have very very high stress levels. I recommend getting the majority of your calories from your healthy fats like your coconut oil, your almond butter, coconut milk, things like this. Also making sure you are getting plenty of protein from your meats, and your eggs and your fish, and getting nuts is another great way to improve your calorie level without making your body unhealthy and then making sure that you’re getting your servings of your fruits and your vegetables throughout the day.
