What is a healthy, easy but tasty granola recipe without coconut?
I’ve always been a big fan of Mark Bittman’s stuff. He writes a New York Times column called The Minimalist and in 2007 he covered granola. The coconut in this recipe is optional. I’ve tried it both with and without. Personally, I think the coconut adds a little crunch, but I’ve never really liked it.
