HealthChecks help detect problems early and provide proper treatment before the problem becomes serious. HealthCheck is a free health checkup for kids under age 21 who are on Wisconsin BadgerCare Plus. HealthChecks include things like: physical exams, nutrition and development assessments, appropriate immunizations (shots), eye exams, lead test and important information about safety.
