A Health Spending Account is a tax-effective way to pay for eligible medical and dental expenses not covered by provincial health plans or by your Flexible Benefits plan. You can only use HSA credits for expenses considered eligible by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. This includes charges for co-insurance, deductibles and a number of health-related products and services.
