What is a health guarantee?
We cover health guarantee for 3 days after you receive your bird from your airport or picking up at our place. We will honor this guarantee if you take the bird to a qualified avain vet within those 3 days. We do not take the bird back for any reasons unless an avian vet discover a disease that threaten the bird life. We have a right to get a second opinion from our avian vet or the bird returned to us. If it really is a disease, we will refund your purchase price in full, exclude any shipping costs. All costs of the examination are the responsibity of the buyer.
