What is a “Hassle-free Move-out Fee” and can I get my hassle free fee back if I leave my space in fantastic shape?
This fee is paid upfront at the beginning of the lease when deposit and fees are to be paid. This fee covers basic cleaning, carpet cleaning and painting at move-out. Resident will be able to pack up and move without the hassles of cleaning, carpet cleaning, and painting at the end of their lease term. (Be sure to check with the on-site office in your market for local policies.) The Hassle free fee is for you to be able to just pack and leave at the end of your lease. It is a non-refundable fee.
