What is a good weight gain supplement for beginners?
I’ve used (and still use) quite a variety of supplements over the years but plain weight gain powders are something I’ve never seen much point in. Since the primary purpose of weight gain supplements is to simply supply additional calories to your daily diet there are significantly cheaper, straightforward and even more calorie dense ways of achieving that and one is good old nuts! For health reasons it’s best to keep away from too many salted nuts but otherwise they are packed with good nutritious calories. A few big handfulls throughout the day will provide you with more calories at a fraction of the cost of a powdered weight gainer drink. … or just eat more pies!
