What is a good way to use a dynamid microphone on my PC?

I have found that for PC use the best and most economical mic preamps are those tiny, stripped down mixers sold at music stores. They’re one of the few Behringer products I’ll actually buy; I own three of those mini-mixers and use them at my computer workstations. Amazon probably doesn’t sell them, but you can find them at Guitar Center, Sam Ash, and other big music retailers for practically nothing ($30 for the 2-input UB502 with one mic preamp, $50 for the 4-input UB802 with two mic preamps.) Shop around. Most places list prices higher than this. Talk them down. I bought my two UB802s for $44.00 each.
