What is a good way to make stencils for airbrushing?

I like plastic stencils. Before I hooked up with a shop that did custom engraving I used the Wal-Mart 25ยข el cheapo thin plastic Back-to-School 3 ring binders as my substrate and my Dremel tool to draw my stencil. Design your stencil tape it to the back and carve out the plastic with the Dremel. I found that I had better control of the Dremel than a razor knife. Dremel can carve nice curves. Still use a razor to cut strait lines and sharp corners. Looks professionally done. But I found it better to just design my art as vector art and bring to a shop that does engraved name plates or trophies and have them cut out the stencil for me. The end product is exactly what I want. When I have them cut the stencils I have them cut several stencils at a time. Most shops have 24″x24″ ADA plastic stencil material. I fit about 5-7 different stencils up on a page.
