What is a good way to help sunburned eyes?
To the best of my knowledge, eyes don’t really get “sun burned”, per say. Not in the same way as the skin does, anyway. There may be a chance that they were over-exposed, though. This often happens to skiers, as the snow causes a magnification of the light and rays and causes damage to the eyes throughout the day. For treatment, rest is your best option. Stay out of the light. Try to stay in a dark, cool room. Instead of watching the TV or spending countless hours on Yahoo! Answers, listen to some music or a book on tape. Give your eyes a rest! Eyes are amazing things… they heal quicker than most other parts of the body. Be good to them, and they’ll heal up in no time. Best of luck!
