What is a good vitamin or liquid vitamin supplement to take?
I am a strong believer in the liquid vitamin. First of all, many solid vitamins don’t have a chance of getting into your system because of what they are coated with. If you have a vitamin you like and want to test it to see if if has a chance of being absorbed by your body do the following: Take the pill and place it in a cup of room temperature water. Let is sit for about 5-10 minutes. If the pill doesn’t dissolve in the cup the chance are pretty good it is not going to break down in your stomach either. Liquid vitamins are great because they are readily available for your system to absorb and use. Some taste a little funky but you can dilute them with water or your favorite juice or mix them in smoothies. There are some really great ones on the market now..
