Beer dinners are becoming a big thing in the craft beer community. People are paying 50-100 for a ticket to go to dinners that have 3 courses with the proper beers to compliment them. If you want to blow everyones mind buy two types of beer. For the rigatoni get a nice Belgian trippel (Green Flash Brewing does an easy to find one). This will compliment the acidity in the tomato sauce as it is a sweet beer. The fried chicken would go good with a true pilsener. Something like Victory Prima Pils is easy to find and simple.
