I am always interested in the human factor with this kind of topics. With a lot of business redesign processes this is forgotten. For example: a process redesign is used a lot to improve the quality of an organization. But quality has different meanings in different cultures/countries. So what is influence of culture (country/organization) on designing an implementing a good redesign. Just a thought & good luck with your thesis!
