My doberman had similar problems for quite a long time…. throwing up (usually bile), severe (spewing) diarrhea, and then she’d jump to constipation other times. I ended up changing her diet from dry manufactured dog food (over the past 6 years she’s been on Nutro – REALLY upset her stomach, which nutro is known to do to dobies, Nature’s recipe, California natural, Wolf King, & Canidae) to the brand she’s currently on (and we have no intentions of changing now that we found what works for her) Nature’s Variety frozen raw meat (it has veggies & fruits mixed in already as well): Venison, Lamb Heart, Lamb Liver, Raw Ground Lamb Bone, Apples, Carrots, Pumpkinseeds, Butternut Squash, Ground Flaxseed, Chicken Eggs, Broccoli, Lettuce, Spinach, Dried Kelp, Apple Cider Vinegar, Parsley, Honey, Salmon Oil, Olive Oil, Blueberries, Alfalfa Sprouts
