You can also take chocolate Hershey’s bars, place on top of the warm Krispie treat mix and let them melt before spread the chocolate to cover the Treats – sprinkle with something colorful while the chocolate is still warm if you want. Rice Krispies/Cocoa Krispies Treats 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine 1 Package (10-ounces, about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 4 cups mini-marshmallows 6 cups Rice Krispies or Cocoa Krispies Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
