What is a good seasoning rub for meat or steak?
I’m going to grill some steaks for dinner, and I need to know how to make a simple but good tasting meat seasoning or rub my meat. These are the sirloin steaks. I’ve used Grid Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning and Adolphs meat marinade in the past, and I like those, but I’d make my own. I really like the spices used at Longhorn Steakhouse. He knows to put the fillets in butter and add some very different spices to the meat. What would be a good time and easy for me to do and what should I do? I like the steaks at Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn, grills and others who are experienced. All you need is a good steak in garlic Lawrey salt. If you pan fry, do it in butter, but put the meat before the butter is brown (that you like funky). Grill, broil. Try herbs and butter in top as the heat comes. If you like to experiment with different tastes, you’re in treatment. The different types of cuisine rubs used in the preparation of meat will give your palate an exercise session.
