At Red Lobster they serve a dish called grilled shrimp and the shrimp is so juicy and has the garlic buttery taste, but it’s not shrimp scampi, it’s grilled. When I grill, I seem to dry out the shrimp and it’s not juicy. How do you keepthe juices in the shrimp? I tried marinating it but only for 2 hours. Any advice on a recipe or hpw to keep the shrimp juicy would be great. Thanks!
