You could make chocolate cupcakes with a Snickers bite size candy inside them. Serve warm so the Snickers will be gooey. Or bake a 1 layer chocolate cake, poke holes in it while warm then drizzle caramel icecream topping, chocolate icecream topping and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

Make him a jello cake. Make a regular white cake, when done poke holes and pour in the jello(use 1 cup of hot water to the packet) let set in fridge and frost with cool whip. Not as sweet as traditional cake and frosting.
