What is a good natural treatment for vulvar irritation and burning?

I have been to several doctors and have been tested for everything possible several times for my vulvar irritation, burning and occasional swelling. All test come back negative. The doctors don’t seem to know what the problem is. It usually occurs around my period. I was given estrogen cream but I am hesitant to use it because of the ingredients. I am 32 years old.
